Every morning you hear his voice.  He is the disembodied voice of the announcements on your daily commute.

He welcomes you aboard and let’s you know any important information you need to know for your ride into work.   He announces the stops, reminds you to not leave your umbrella behind on a rainy day, and tells the occasional corny joke that brings a warm-hearted eyeroll and chuckle from all of the passengers in your coach.

His is the honeyed voice that drips from the overhead speaker and spreads warmth throughout your body and mind.  Though you have never met him, you feel you know him intimately.
